This festive take on a classic cocktail is sure to be a party-guest-pleaser. “It’s easy to whip up for a large crowd, yet elegant enough for a holiday cocktail party,” say Grace and Demetria.

THE CLAUSMOPOLITAN

1.5 oz Grey Goose La Vanil
.5 oz cranberry compote
.5 oz Cointreau
.25 oz fresh squeezed lime
Shake and strain into a coupe, champagne or highball glass
Top with Prosecco
Garnish with fresh rosemary and an orange twist
