Spring break doesn’t always have to mean sandy beaches and tropical vibes. This year, I decided to elevate my getaway by spending a few days exploring Pike & Rose, and it turned out to be the perfect mix of relaxation and excitement. From a stylish stay to indulgent treats, here’s a peek into my spring break adventure!

My home base for the trip was the Canopy by Hilton Hotel, and let me tell you—it was everything I needed and more. The aesthetic was sleek and modern with just the right amount of coziness. After checking in, I couldn’t help but take a few moments to soak in the view from my room—floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the vibrant energy of Pike & Rose. Plus, the hotel’s vibe made it easy to unwind and recharge between exploring.

One of the first things on my list was a sweet treat from the Baked Bear Ice Cream. Their spring-themed flavors were calling my name, and I couldn’t resist trying a scoop (or two!). I went to Bear Bowl, the Blackberry crumble. The combination of fresh, creamy goodness and unique flavor twists felt like a celebration of the season. It was the perfect pick-me-up after an afternoon stroll.

Later, I made my way to Pinstripes for a night of drinks and bowling. The vibe was lively but still laid-back—exactly what I was hoping for. I ordered a few spring menu item cocktails (you know I had to try the seasonal special), and the appetizers were just the right touch to keep the energy up while showing off my bowling skills—or at least attempting to!

One morning, I decided to start my day with a quick walk to Sunday Morning Bakehouse, just a few steps from the Canopy. Their lavender chai was the perfect blend of floral and spicy, and the avocado toast was a work of art—thick, rustic bread piled high with creamy avocado and a hint of fresh herbs. It was a simple but satisfying way to fuel up for another day of exploring.

Pike & Rose was everything I wanted for a spring break getaway—a mix of relaxation, indulgence, and just enough excitement to keep things interesting. If you’re looking for a more refined take on spring break, I can’t recommend it enough. Whether you’re local or just passing through, it’s worth a visit!
