- Mattie & Eddie’s is an authentic Irish pub located at West Post, and a great spot to enjoy a Dirty Shirley! This refreshing take on the classic Shirley Temple cocktail features vodka, as well as the usual lemon-lime soda and grenadine, making it nostalgic and oh-so refreshing. (Dirty Shirley-$10, Side of Fries- $3.50)
- Banditos Tacos & Tequila has something for everyone given their daily drink specials, variety of margs and crushes, and tequila flights. But this spot is one of the few places I’ve seen that offers a variety of Palomas! Historically served with grapefruit flavored soda, this one in particular had a splash of lavender simple syrup, giving the cocktail a fun and flowery aroma. (Lavender Paloma- $13,)
- Shirlington’s sports bar Dudley’s has an expansive rooftop patio complete with a full bar! They have a wide variety of cocktails styles and flavors, but I particularly enjoyed their frozen Margarita. The rooftop bar is also equipped with TVs so you won’t miss any sports action! (Frozen Margarita-$11, 8 Boneless Arlington Hot Wings- $16)
- Taco & Piña’s bistro style outdoor seating is perfect for a quick stop or an afternoon kick back. Their regular and frozen Margaritas come in seasonal flavors, and are the perfect summer sip in Village at Shirlington! (Steak Taco-$5, Spicy Chorizo Taco- $4, Carnitas Taco $4.50, Regular Marg- $6)
