NEWSWORTHY FASHION TRENDS

The best part about transitioning from one season to the next is swapping out your current wardrobe for those pieces you’ve kept packed away. It’s also exciting to freshen up your collection by adding a few new trends—bold colors, cutouts, and funky florals! Make your look a blast from your past or step out of your comfort zone.

1. The Color of the Season (more like year!)

Kelly Green has unexpectedly dominated fall and winter fashion, but as the seasons change, and the hue is still on trend, we’re exploring the full spectrum of green with shades from lime to emerald as they find their way into our closets! I love the Klara Jumpsuit from Scout & Molly’s Boutique because it can be worn in different settings— from the office, to weddings, and even on date nights! Styled with the Danielle Convertible Earrings from Kendra Scott and the Laney Necklace and Emerson Hinge Bracelet from Gorjana is a regal dream. Over the past few months, green has shown up in many textures like cotton, cashmere, silk, and linen, making it a versatile option for your spring and summer look—as few other colors are able to do!

2. Category: BOLD

After over two years of remaining indoors in loungewear, we are stepping out with a bang! Bold colors are undeniably on-trend this season. The Celest Wrap Dress from Morley is the topic of conversation with its vibrant color, unique neckline, tasteful cut-out, and beautiful a-line silhouette. For added chicness, pair with the Ashlyn Statement Earrings from Kendra Scott. This may be a cute and sassy nudge out of your comfort zone, but you’ll be ready for Saturday brunch with your girls!

3. Giving Skinny Jeans the BOOT-CUT

When you are intentional about the pieces you choose to pair, it doesn’t take a lot to look good. It’s safe to say that fashion has given skinny jeans the boot (for now). Embrace the moment with a little volume on your legs. The simplicity of the HW Runway Jeans at Evoluxxy allows you to dress it up or down as much as you please. Pair it with the Amilia Blouse at Evoluxxy and the Beaded Lillia Necklace from Kendra Scott for a cute stroll through town with your friends. What I love about a boot-cut is that it suits many different body types, so if you haven’t already, why not try it out?

4. Cut-Outs — Fun-Outs

Paige

In the 90’s, we watched our favs from Brittany Spears to Aaliyah rock cut-out dresses and tops, so I am personally excited to explore this revival trend. While I’m no longer cutting up t-shirts to mimic the look, I still stan. A more sophisticated take on the look is the Divina Dress from Wiley Grey. It brings a certain “spring dreaminess” to everything we loved about the 90’s. Paired with the Maggie Hoop Earrings from Kendra Scott, she is ready to live her best festival life!
